Tamakkan. Discover the major that matches your strengths.
A digital career-guidance platform for students in Lebanon and the wider MENA region. Built by the Office of AI Transformation under our Software Development practice.
Overview
What is Tamakkan?
Tamakkan is a digital career-guidance platform that helps secondary school and first-year university students identify the major that best matches their strengths. It combines three established frameworks — DISC (behaviour), RIASEC (career interests), and HBDI-inspired thinking profiles — into a 15-minute personality scan plus a 120-question adaptive cognitive assessment. A shared portal lets counselors, schools, and universities act on the results with their students.
Tamakkan is delivered by the AI Software & Web App Development practice at the Office of AI Transformation, alongside our University Management System (UMS).
Trusted by students, counselors, and schools.

Three ways: (1) dual-layer design combining personality + cognitive thinking style rather than a single inventory; (2) MENA-localized — culturally appropriate majors, Arabic/French delivery, Lebanese-university mappings; (3) counselor-ready output — admins review submissions in ~8 minutes via the Tamakkan Crew portal, not by reading raw quiz results.
